Crepe suzette 70s revival

Ingredients

Crepes

100g Plain flour

4 medium eggs

350 ml milk

50g butter melted

½ tsp salt

Plus butter for cooking

Sauce

50g Sugar

50g butter

75 ml  CORE Orange Juice

50ml orange liquer (grand marnier if twg sell it or brandy)

Method

Whisk all pancake ingredients together

Cook crêpes making them as thin as possible, you want them thin and lacey makes about 8 depending how big pan is.

Fold pancakes in half and half again

Heat sugar in pan until caramelised

Add butter and whisk in

Add CORE Orange Juice and whisk

Add spirit and flambee or cook off alchohol

Heat pancakes in sauce and serve
